Low-income writers are welcome to enter their novels in the First Novel Prize free of charge. Please use the form below to submit your manuscript. Please make sure your extract, which should not exceed 5,000 words, your contact details and the synopsis are within the same document. You will only be able to submit one document. The number of words in the synopsis and your contact details should be included in the overall limit of 5,000 words.
If shortlisted, you will be required to provide proof of low income relevant to your country of residence.
Please note that the form below is only available while free places are still available. If there are no available places left for this month, there will be another opportunity to apply for a free place next month and the one after, up to and including May.
